See that mark there, just say you punched him in the face, don’t worry, we are not going to let Brown testify so we can get away with it.

Suborned perjury of Steven Strain and Kirk Braden

At trial, Kirk Braden testified he punched his mother’s assailant as hard as he could.

However, this was not in his initial statement taken by Mike Brown.

The prosecutor by not calling Mike Brown to the stand, could play with the facts of the case.

This picture was taken 24 hours after the assault and murder and was shown to Kirk Braden, After Braden saw the picture is when there is record of him claiming he struck Adam Braseel.

The question now is not of whether Braden was lying, but what was said by the prosecutor, TBI and Sheriff to Braden when he was shown the picture.

I think anyone with common sense knows that a man who is punched in the face would have swelling and bruising – a Black Eye.

I know of no miracle cream that could make a black eye disappear in 24 hours.

Throughout the trial Larry Davis, Brent Myers, and others said Brown said this or Brown saw that.

But when asked how they got Adams name in the mix in the first place. They then lied saying it was an anonymous tip — knowing full well it was Brown who came up with Adam’s name. They did not want the defendant to know this.   They did not want to give the defendant the ability to defend himself – to track down how his name was put forth, by who and why. And they did not want Brown to testify for many reasons we go into in other places. If they had revealed this tip, they would not be able to avoid Brown testifying

This is a Brady violation by the way – and very wrong.

“See the that mark there, just say you punched him in the face, don’t worry, we are not going to let Brown testify so we can get away with it.”
